If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you.

Your order is accepted when it is dispatched. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment gateway, and you will be notified by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your payment is processed. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already paid for.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns, Replacements & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Payment and Financial Details

Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
