Returns & Replacements

We want you to shop with confidence at Kal & Kai. Please review our return guidelines below:

General Conditions

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or missing units:
Share images of the outer packaging, batch number, invoice copy, and product photos with us at customercare@kalnkai.in
or call +91 98400 98756 (Mon–Sat, 8 AM–8 PM).
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Process (if reverse pickup is approved):
Pickup arranged in 2–3 working days.

Item returned to our warehouse in 5–7 working days.

Quality check performed upon receipt.

If approved, a replacement (subject to availability) or refund will be issued.

If not approved, the item will be returned to you in its received condition.

⚠️ Note: Concerns must be raised within 14 days with clear images and unboxing video proof.

Courier-Damaged Deliveries

Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier.

Take photos/videos and report to customercare@kalnkai.in
or call us.

A replacement order for the same product will be dispatched once confirmed.

Category-Specific Policy – Nutrition Products

Must be returned sealed and in original packaging.

Opened, used, or tampered boxes will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for issues such as taste preference, flavour differences, or reactions like rashes/headaches.

⚠️ Note: Please consult a doctor before purchasing if you have dietary sensitivities.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If an order is cancelled or a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on the payment provider or bank policies.
