Our team puts every product througha rigorous quality check process to ensure that the products reaching you are in excellent condition.However, on a rare occasion when there is something wrong with your order we would be happy toaccept a return within 7 days from the date of delivery in sealed condition with the tamper seal intact.Please initiate a return by sending us an email at customercare@kalnkai.in. In case of tamperedpackages, or products not in the right condition we recommend you to take pictures and share it with us. so that we can escalate it to the right team and ensure corrective actions on the same.

Your returns should meet the following conditions:
– If you fall under the return window which is 7 days from the date of delivery
– The product seal is intact and the product is in an unused condition. In case of any damage during
transit please share the images with us at customercare@kalnkai.in
– All freebies that came with the product need to be returned with the order
– All Items that came in as combos need to be returned together unless wrongly-shipped
Enclose the product(s), in original condition and packaging as part of the return package. Remember, wecan refund or exchange products only if their tags/labels or seals have not been tampered with. Also, don’t forget to retain the proof of the postage.
